　　構成企 業名稱的四項基本要素是：(行政區劃名稱)+(字號)+(行業/ 經營特點)+(組織形式)。如上海+xx+包裝材料+有限公司，其中，字號是構成企業名稱的核心要素，應有兩個以上的漢字組成。企業名稱中 的行業或經營特點字詞應當具體反映企業的業務范圍、方式或特點。
